Our January Bottling Extravaganza

Today is our biggest bottling day EVER! We’re bottling just over 1500 cases of wine including our Rosé of Carignane, Sauvignon Blanc, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Old River Red Blend, Carignane and Zinfandel.

We’re very proud to move all of our wines out of the barrels and into bottles where they’ll rest before upcoming releases.

We started with bottling Rosé of Carignane, moved on to Sauvignon Blanc, then bottled four different Pinot Noirs (Bricoleur, Suacci, Sonoma County and Russian River) and finished up with bottling our bigger, bolder red wines like Carignane, Petite Sirah and Zinfandel.
